Bali Hai Recognized As One Of America's Best Resort Courses 

Las Vegas, NV - GolfWeek magazine recently completed their ranking of America’s Best Resort Golf Courses and once again the Bali Hai Golf Club was in the Top 40. Described by GolfWeek as the “ultimate in urban glamour,” Bali Hai was 29th out of the Top 100.

GolfWeek’s team of 350 raters evaluated courses according to a detailed set of standards, all focused on the golf courses.

Bali Hai is the only championship course located right on the famous Las Vegas Strip. It was designed by Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley and opened in 2000. Highlighted by seven-acres of water features, a total of 4,000 trees including 2,500 stands of towering palms and 100,000 tropical plants, players are transported to a tropical paradise. Transition and out-of-play areas are accented with Augusta white sand and black volcanic rock outcroppings.

The exotic Balinese themed clubhouse hosts One Of America’s Top 100 Golf Shops and the gourmet restaurant, Cili Fine Dining, which is popular for power lunches and romantic dinners. Cili serves regional American cuisine with Thai and Asian influences and also features an extensive lo-carb menu of specially prepared dishes and deserts.

Bali Hai is a premium daily-fee course owned and operated by Walters Golf, which also owns and operates, Royal Links Golf Club, Desert Pines Golf Club and Stallion Mountain Country Club.
